It will be a 1-hour walk where you will travel the incredible trails that make up Abiada. You will start by passing through Trescasa, La Hayuaca , La Ureña reaching Los Invernales , La Poza la lancha and Encimabia , which is where you return to the starting point.

It is a very nice and quiet walk, perfect to admire the beauty of the forests of the Valles Altos del Nansa y Saja y Alto Campoo .
