Horseback route through Serra de Grândola, Melides

Melides is an area in the south of Setúbal rich in nature and biodiversity. That is why we offer you to meet her on a horseback route through the Serra de Grândola. You can enjoy a pleasant walk observing the Alentejo Coast and the beaches of Melides from its trails.

The horseback ride will begin at our equestrian center located in Monte da Marra, where our experienced instructors will be waiting for you along with our >horses. They are perfectly tamed horses for this type of activity and thus be able to take quiet and relaxing rides.

It will be a walk of 1 hour and 45 minutes where you will have the opportunity to walk the most beautiful trails of the Serra de Grândola and its cork oak sanctuaries. The lush green forests found in the southern massif of the Tajo will make you feel in contact with nature and feel freedom on top of one of our horses. In addition, you will be privileged to be able to see the Atalaia Summit from afar and enjoy unparalleled views of Praia Melides and Praia da Vigia surrounding its spectacular lagoon.
