The experience and the treatment of the staff were very good, but I was sad not to be able to get to know the horse I rode a little bit, she couldn't even see my face, and I only knew her name from a tag she had on her reins.
Being an animal lover I would have loved just that, to have been able to touch her a little before getting on her, for her to see me...
