I would not recommend this activity. They didn't explain anything to me, I had no connection with the horse. You just get on and he takes you as if it were a little train, the horses already know the way. It didn't even last an hour, it was barely 40 minutes. I think this activity can only be interesting for very young children.Company's response:
Thank you very much for your comment. It helps us to continue improving. The activity lasts approximately 1 hour. You arrive at the center at the agreed time, punctuality is important since we must finish at the agreed time so as not to delay the other activities, you fill out a form with your information and choose a helmet, then you get on the horse on a circular track and they give you the instructions on how to carry it out as it was in your case. When you have mounted and are on the track for 10/15 minutes, you go out into the field accompanied by our guide and as I have told you, the complete activity lasts around an hour, depending on the pace you follow during the excursion.
As you told me in the WhatsApp you sent me, and I quote "My 14-year-old son and I. We don't know anything about riding.", you had never ridden. That is precisely what we offer and what makes us good at our job since we take an average of 100 excursions a month. We have the appropriate equipment and horses to take our clients on horseback excursions through the countryside without any prior experience since that is the profile of 90% of them.
