Kayak and snorkel initiation in Cabo de Gata

If you have never tried kayaking we offer you the opportunity to do it.

We propose you and induction route through Cabo de Gata, located in Almería. This activity will last approximately 3 hours, depending on the participants. An experienced instructor will accompany you at all times and will help you with all you may need. Likewise we provide you with all the safety equipment needed to carry out the activity, but that is not all, because we bring a motorboat in case we need it.

In addition to this, the route includes snorkeling, that means diving with the marine fauna. You will be in touch with starfishes, sea urchins, crustaceans, mollusks, seaweeds… a large diversity of animals. You do not need to bring anything because as the activity before, we provide you with everything: goggles and snorkel.

Having previous experience is not required because the instructor will explain you the basics at the begining of the activity. It is an indispensable requirement to know how to swim.

The participants can choose the route they want:

• El Faro del Cabo de Gata: the starting point is 'la fabriquilla del Cabo de Gata' and we get to 'el arrecife de las sirenas'.
• Los Escuellos: we go from the cove of the pier to 'la Punta de Loma Pelada'.
• Las negras: the starting point is 'la Cala del Cuervo', kayaking across 'el playazo' and ending in 'Punta de la Polacra'.
• Agua Amarga: from 'Agua Amarga' to 'Punta de la Media Naranja'
• Agua Amarga II: from 'Agua Amarga' visiting 'Cala de Enmedio' and ending in 'Cala del Plomo'.
• San José: from 'Monsúl' to' Morrón de los Genoveses.'
• San José II: from 'San José' to 'Cala del Tomate'.

We will take some pictures and we will make a photographic report that we will post on our official social networks.
