Deal overview

Description of Burricleta through medieval towns of Girona

Come to visit the medieval villages route of the Bajo Ampurdán in Gerona on burricleta, our rural electric bike. Don't you know it yet?

The route starts at the Flaçà train station, which is still working and to where you can arrive by train from Girona or Barcelona. We will pick you up and give the burricletas to you to start the trip, where you are going to visit villages such as Sant Joan de Mollet, La Pera o Púbol. The latter is the village where Salvador Dalí gave a castle to his wife Gala as a gift.

These villages and many more, some of them hidden in the woods, keep their charm and well-conserved buildings from the Middle Ages. The itinerary will finish in San Martí Vell, where you will be able to catch another train to go back.

It is a long route so the visit to the villages usually takes between 4 and 7 hours, depending on the time you take to visit every town.
