You don't have to worry if you haven't done it before, because we will carry out the activities depending on the level of the group, so that everyone can practice it.

These are two similar but completely different activities:

• Canyoning is aquatic, you will slide between slides, you will rappel and you will have to swim to cross from one side to the other if you want to continue with the tour. The duration of the activity can be from 3 to 6 hours, this will depend on the canyon you do.

• In climbing you will ascend through rocks, depending on your experience we will make one ascent or another, whichever one we make will surprise you with its beautiful views. The duration can be from 4 to 6 hours, depending on the level you choose.

For both, we will provide you with the material you need to carry out the activity, you only have to bring comfortable clothing.
