Unlike other companies in the sector, NOSOLOCUERDA does not subcontract monitors , but is managed by qualified and experienced personnel, proof of this is that all the photos that are published are real. The activities carried out are:

• Climbing : we practice all its modalities and variants, from rock climbing (sports, classic, artificial, boulder ...) to ice, runners, ... You can do one-day or several activities or courses of initiation and improvement.
• Snowshoeing : the most popular sport in the winter season, these are guided routes through different mountain systems.
• Hiking and trekking , guided group outings that seek to crown some of the most important peaks in the center of the peninsula on foot or simpler activities where you can discover landscapes that we do not know when we are so close.
• Canyoning , with the arrival of spring and until autumn we make canyoning descents in the central area (Ávila, Cáceres, Cuenca, Salamanca, León ...). Descent in groups or initiation and improvement courses are carried out.
• Orientation , we organize activities and courses where cartography and the use of the compass will be key.
• Rappel and zip line , where you can remove that accumulated tension and experience unique sensations, losing your fear of height. It is an activity suitable for all audiences.

Canyoning is ideal for practicing a sport with heat, the constant contact with the water and the mixture of mountain disciplines make the descent of the canyon an essential for any adventure lover.

We carry out outings through the communities of Castilla y León, Madrid, Extremadura and Castilla la Mancha. We plan the descents weeks in advance, you can sign up for these scheduled excursions or send us your requirements by contacting us, we develop fully personalized itineraries.

We practice descents in canyons of ALL LEVELS, the size of the groups varies according to the difficulty. We even do water hikes for families and groups of schoolchildren.

If you do not have material, the company provides you with the wetsuit, helmet and harness and do not forget to come with a swimsuit and towel, as well as spare clothes for the end of the activity.

Snowshoeing is a discipline that is most in demand in the winter season, from Nosolocuerda we make routes through the Sierra de Gredos , Sierra de Guadarrama, Sierra de Béjar ... and many other places. The routes will be adapted to the user's level and their expectations. These are routes where the difficulty can vary according to the level of the participants.

Snowshoes are not only a sporting challenge, thanks to them you can access landscapes, which would otherwise be much more expensive.

It is necessary to come equipped with waterproof clothing and footwear, it is also advisable to bring supplies to recharge your batteries halfway.

Before starting, there will be a brief explanation about the use of snowshoes and the safety measures that must be taken in the high mountains.

Two days before the excursion, you will have to check with the monitor to confirm the completion of the activity, as it will depend on the weather forecasts.

Climbing is one of the star activities that we do at Nosolocuerda, our love for this sport leads us to always seek new challenges due to the different mountain systems of our territory.

Rock climbing , we carry out initiation and improvement courses, both in sport climbing and in classic, in various lengths or artificial climbing. We also practice specific self-rescue techniques or advanced scalding techniques. We even carry out departures that range from one day to several days in length.

Ice climbing and runners , these are courses to begin or improve the technique, disciplines such as winter progression with rope or the use of ice axes and crampons will be covered.

The great climbing challenges are planned several months in advance, if you have the adequate training and physical form to climb large walls, you can check with us the availability by sending an information request.

Rappelling is an activity suitable for all audiences, it is a very simple descent modality, although it requires a high level of concentration. It is done under the supervision of mountain technicians, who will explain the safety measures before making the descent.

It is a highly recommended sport for boys and girls, it is perfect to lose the fear of heights and start in other modalities such as climbing or canyoning.

We carry out descents in the open air, on walls specifically prepared for this activity. We usually move through the center of the peninsula, although we also travel to the Pyrenees or Picos de Europa.

We also practice rappelling in enclosed areas, climbing walls fully adapted for indoor mountain activities.

Without prior knowledge, you will be able to descend large vertical walls like a real soldier, it is a technique widely used in rescue and assault operations.

Nosolocuerda offers hiking routes, both one-day and several days. We go through the center of the peninsula, the Picos de Europa and the Pyrenees in search of new challenges and great landscapes.

The routes can be fully customized, tell us your requirements and we will design the itinerary to suit you.

We are specialists in mountaineering routes, paths that lead to the great peaks of the mountain systems of our country.

Outings are made throughout the year.

We put at your disposal all the necessary mountain equipment for any of the routes.

The guides are mountain technicians with extensive experience in the routes to be carried out, two days before departure you will have to check with the monitor to confirm the completion of the activity, since it will depend on the weather forecasts.

We also go out in Nordic walking mode, routes on foot that with the help of the poles we will have greater resistance in steep terrain.
