Tips if you are going to do Abseiling in Spain

For those who doesn’t know so much about rappelling, we will help you. So, this is about a descend technique through a rocky wall with the help of a rope. 1. It tones the body in a subtle way

When to go rappelling?

Like almost everything, it depends. If you would like to go rappelling in a water ravine, you’ll need to wait for the Autumn-Spring season, when the precipitations are more abundant.

If, in the contrary, you prefer a dry ravine, which you’ll only participate the mountains and you, it doesn’t matter as long as the place you choose is far from the rivers and waterfall so it does not interfere your practice.

But, above all, what you need to remember is that the climate conditions are de adequate one to carry out this activity with total security.
