Description of Rappelling techniques and rope maneuvers course
In our rappelling course we will teach you how to assemble the fixed and recoverable headrests that function as support when starting to go down the rock. We will also teach you how to handle the various descent systems, such as dynamic, eight, reverse and all those that may be useful for practicing sports such as climbing.
We will also work on self-insured rappelling, and ascent and descent conversions. We will look for the best way for you to gain confidence and autonomy so that you can apply this knowledge when doing adventure activities.
Finally, we will teach you the technique of rappelling and recoverable handrails.
It is an activity suitable for everyone, except for those who suffer from vertigo.
