- Horse riding classes with horses on the track (dressage, jumping, and barrel racing).
- Field trips
- Games and Gymkhanas on horseback.
- Crafts workshop: make a herbarium with the native flora, build wooden houses and bird feeders and place them on the trees, make stable bridles with ropes, a stuffed horse...
- Caring for the farm animals: feeding the animals, collecting the chickens' eggs, cultivating and harvesting the garden, picking the fruits from the trees, preparing compost for the garden...

The duration of the Christmas riding course activity is 6 hours.
