Do you want to become an expert or improve your techniques for safe mountain outings? Sign up for our "Secure Winter" course, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to make safe outings in the mountains.

The course will combine the natural environment and/or classroom. We provide training in mountain techniques and safety for those who seek safety and autonomy in the mountains.

We target this for people who want to expand knowledge and resources in order to be able to make safe progressions, for people who want to get started in mountaineering and hiking, for fathers and mothers with children who want to know basic techniques to rope children on "delicate" paths. ", for educators, scout groups, town councils, teachers and professors... who take care of children.

We will cover the following topics: UTM cartography and basic orientation (maps, compass...), material, simple and very safe rope-lining techniques for risky passes, rappelling technique, first aid kit, mountain insurance, that we should carry in our backpack and we will also try to answer any questions you may have. The objective is to provide tools so that the participants can develop autonomously and safely.

It is a very interactive course through games, workshops and team work.
