Survival in the wild Venta del Moro

You may think you don't need any wilderness survival skills, however, everyone can get lost in the countryside, and might come in useful when you least expect it. But, don't worry, we are going to teach you how to keep calm and how to be ready for every outdoor challenge. 

We have a way to the procedure: We will do a 4 km (2.5 miles) itinerary on a natural landscape, in Venta del Moro. We will be stopping at different places to do a series of trials to learn several basic lessons: 

• Orienteering: The first thing people need to know when they get lost is how to get their bearings. Even though you don't have a compass, there are several ways to locate its four cardinal points on the field. 
• Hydration: Next, we are going to learn how to get water, a must for our survival. You will learn how to purify it. 
• How to cross the river: One of the most usual obstacles in nature, are river streams. We are going to teach you how to ford it. 
• Shelter: If you need to spend the night out, or you have to protect yourself from the adverse weather conditions, you need to know how to build a shelter, make a fire, or get some food. We will teach you!

This is only a basic survival lesson and you won't leave our facilities having become a Bear Grylls in "Man vs. Wild", however, you are going to learn to be more careful, and respectful with nature.
