Big SUP route to Bastiagueiro cave in Oleiros 1h

We have the perfect mix for a summer to share with all your loved ones. Our Big SUP route to Bastiagueiro beach has everything you need for the healthiest laughs: sea, exercise and friends.

The first thing you should know for this route is that the minimum to start on this giant paddle surfboard will be 4 people so that everyone can paddle in synch or, why not, even jump into the water at whoever you want.

We will meet at the Santa Cristina beach belonging to Oleiros. Once there, in our center, it will be where we distribute the paddles, in addition to the Big SUP board and some paddling and position techniques so that together we can advance towards our destination.

The waters of the Atlantic that bathe this beach and the very special shape that it has, thanks in part to the mouth of the Burgo river, make this a quiet route, visiting spectacular corners that make up Costa de la Muerte (Coast of Death). The monitor that accompanies you will head the table guiding the paleo until you reach the Bastiagueiro beach.

We will skirt around the coast to reach the spectacular cave that we will find a few meters away, where we can enter, enjoy the banks of starfish that populate it and which give that special halo to the Big SUP excursion.

In total, it won't take us more than 1 hour to enjoy an intermediate level tour, fun and great to also discover more the Coruña coast in such an original way as rowing with yours on a Big Stand Up Paddle table.
