Paddle surf and yoga in the water Playa Santa Cristina

When looking for relaxation and to take a break from everything, the sea is one of the places that comes to mind. The breeze and aroma of the coast are always captivating. We would like to take advantage of those elements to offer you the possibility of relax doing yoga on the top of a paddle surf board. Our professional instructor will be waiting for you in Santa Cristina beach. 

The paddle surfing trip will have a duration of 2 hours. The fine, white sand of this coast will accompany you on this session across the waters of the Atlantic ocean. We will enjoy this ancient, indigenous practice. 

You don't need to have any experience, since the instructor will adapt the lesson to the level of the participants, Besides, you will have the proper boards that will allow you to keep your balance without any problems. On the other hand, the movements you will need to do will be smooth, and slow, in order to make sure your stability is not altered. 

What will you achieve? You will strengthen the muscles of your body, while also gain some flexibility. And this will all be possible thanks to the board and paddles that we will provide you. All you need to do is bring your swimsuit and towel.
