SUP yoga class on the beach of Es Pujols 90 min

Of course, holidays are for disconnecting and enjoying them, even more so if you are in a place as spectacular as Formentera. That is why you will love our proposal. And it is that we propose the SUP yoga class that everyone talks about and that we teach from one of the most charming beaches on the coast of our island, the Es Pujols.

The SUP yoga sessions are held on Thursdays and Saturdays. You just have to go to our Es Pujols headquarters at the chosen time and start following our instructor. We will provide you with all the equipment you will need, so you only have to come prepared with what you personally may need.

We will start the class with a brief route bordering part of the island of Formentera for about 45 minutes. It will be a good warm-up that will also help you discover the immensity of the most beautiful Mediterranean in the Balearic archipelago.

Back to our "little piece" of coast we will get to work with the best yoga exercises but with the particularity that we will do it on a SUP board, with which we will work more balance techniques and of course, relationship.. Do not forget that you will be in the middle of the sea!
