Paddle Surf Course at Boa Pontevedra Beach

If you don't know what Paddle surfing is, don't wait any other minute and come to enjoy this new sport, it's perfect for the summer time!

This is an activity in which you need to maintain your balance and concentration. This goes hand in hand with the diversion. At the board we give you, we add two oars, main character of the experience.

In this course, we'll give you all the material and safety material you need. Before that, we'll give you a small theoretical talk over how you need to use the board and the oars. After it, we'll go to the water with the monitor and board. Finally, we'll start practising it.

The course duration is 20 minutes (the theoretical-practical part, with the monitor) and, after it, you'll practice by yourself under the supervision of the monitor.
