Before that, you will receive the basic notions in a 10-minute course that will be delivered by our instructor to learn how to ride on the board, as well as how to become a true expert in keeping your balance, make turns, and especially navigate with the paddle. The material you will need for this aquatic sport will be on us: the paddles, the board and the life jacket. What we do recommend is that you bring flip flops, comfortable clothes, a hat and sun protection.
