SUP yoga class on the Guadalquivir river Seville

Everyone knows that waking up with the greatest and best energy is essential for the day to go smoothly, so there is nothing better than starting the morning with a SUP yoga class right in the Guadalquivir river to give an extra boost to our day.

We will meet in our paddle surf center at 9:00 in the morning to give the group the necessary explanations regarding the class while we have a drink to give you an extra kick before we pick up all the material and jump onto the river's waters.

Do not worry about the material because we will provide you with everything you will need during this session, in addition to a bottle of water so that nothing prevents you from continuing this trip.

We will paddle through the Sevillian riverbed along a short section until we reach the place chosen by the teacher, specialized in this modality, to begin with the exercises. If you like yoga, mixed with some techniques of the stand-up paddle, you will simply love it.

In total, you will spend about 90 minutes in which we will work on the position, the muscles, relaxation or concentration on a SUP board in one of the most special settings, and surrounded by the lushest nature in the homonymous capital of the province of Seville.

We will be taking photos during class for you to keep a nice memory of it. At the end, and once back in our school, you can take a shower and use our changing rooms that we have in it.
