SUP route through the mouth of the Artibai river

Meet the town of Ondarroa through a ride in paddle surf. The route will take us approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Enough time for you to discover the charms of this traditional Basque fishing village. Each shovel will be worth it just for the architectural and landscape richness of the place.

One of the charms that you will have the opportunity to see in the first person will be the fusion between the Artibai River and the waters of the Cantabrian sea. A natural event which we will take you through and explain some of its curious facts. Thus, during the tour you will have time to contemplate the houses erected on the side of the river and the cliffs that stand a few meters from the town.

We will meet at the Arrigorri beach and receive a brief paddle surfing class. This will help you gain confidence and go rowing without any problem. In addition, the currents of this area of the Basque coast are very gentle, so you will not need make an exhausting effort. Therefore, it is the perfect route for those who have experience in this aquatic modality or not.
