Introductory paragliding course in Vigo

Paragliding is a great air sport that gets you close to the most genuine sentation of flying. You can always try it with a plain tandem paragliding flight, but it would not be the same as learning it.

In this course, we begin from stratch. We start learning the materials we are going to use: the chair, helmet, the paraglider... Then, once we have clear the 4 basic concepts, it will be the moment of the practice sessions.

It starts with inflations of the paraglider from the ground. This will help us to understand the wing controls to learn how to turn and place the paraglider in flight position.

After experiencing in first person the praglider handling, it is the moment to go further... reaching the sky! But don't worry, since you are not already prepared to do it by yourself, the fligh will be in a tandem paraglider, accompanied by an expert instructor.

This will not be a conventional flight, for the instructor will deliver a lesson of what he/se is doing and why. Also, if the meteorological conditions are favourable, you will be able to take the paraglider's controls. Do you dare?

Everything takes place in the beautiful and green Vigo (Pontevedra municipality, in Galicia).

If you want us to record your experience in a HD video, bring an SD card to have it.

We adapt the course procedures at the learning level of each student.

We recommend you to wear hiking boots or sport shoes. Also, we suggest you to wear a long sleeve shirt and/or a windbreaker jacket, since the highest altitude, the colder it gets.

Remember that this experience is subject to meteorological contidions.

This is the first approach to one of the greatest air sports! Take the step and come with us!
