Sailboat regatta for team building in Estartit

Are you co-workers and want to do an activity outside the office? Well, this is the most exciting experience you can choose: a sailboat regatta along the Costa Brava, in which your team will be one of the protagonists. Over 3 or 5 hours (depending on weather conditions) you will develop typical sailing strategies to try to beat the rest of the participants.

The starting point will be the port of Estartit. There you will meet the rest of the groups and the professional skipper who will guide you during the tour. But don't worry if you don't have previous experience with the discipline, because before leaving we will give you a prior class on navigation and approximately 20 minutes to practice.

Once ready, the race begins! Each participant will have to take their positions and carry the strategy to the end. The objective is to reach the finish line first in Palamós, a municipality in theBajo Ampurdán.

Even if you are outside of work, it is also very necessary that you coordinate and know how to listen to each other. The excitement of forming a united team to sail the waters faster than anyone else will be one of your best memories. Are you in?
