Sailboat regatta for team building in Estartit

Are you coworkers and want to do an activity outside the office? Well this is the most exciting experience you can choose: a sailing regatta through the Costa Brava, in which your team will be one of the protagonists. Throughout 3 or 5 hours (depending on the weather conditions) you will develop the typical sailing strategies to try to win the rest of the participants.

The starting point will Estartit's harbour. There you will meet the rest of the groups and the professional skipper who will guide you during the tour. But don't worry if you don't have previous experience with the discipline, because before leaving we will give you a previous class about navigation and about 20 minutes to practice.

Once everyone is ready, the race will begin! Each participant will have to fill their positions and stick to their strategy to the end. The objective is to reach the finishing line first in Palamós, a town in the Bajo Ampurdán.

Even if you are out of your working hours, it is also very necessary that you work in synch and to remember to listen to each other. The excitement of forming a competing team to sail the waters faster than anyone will be one of your best memories. Ready to sign up?
