Within the initiation course, we have two types of dinghy sailing, aimed at children between 7 and 15 years old , who are the optimisty and the cadet . For adults looking to get started in this nautical sport, we have the raquero and vaurien .
All these courses have a theoretical part, where the concepts of the boats necessary to navigate are discussed. And a practical part that takes place in the waters of the Galician municipality. The two classes are divided into 3 hours over two days, that is, 6 hours in total.
If you already have the base, perfect the technique with the regatta in the different modalities that we have for each case and level.
