Sailboat regatta for team building in Malaga

If you are a company that is passionate about sailing boats or sailing on the sea, we propose to do an event that consists in a sailing boat race that we will do on the coast of Malaga. We have prepared everything you need to have a great time this day with your co-workers outside of the office. Besides enjoying the sea you can have fun in an environment of healthy competition amongst you.

It is a tournament of sailing boats between 11 (36 ft) and 13 (42 ft) meters in length, with a maximum capacity of 9 people each. You will meet the boat's staff on board and bottles of water for everyone. You can do it on the schedule that you want, in the morning or in the evening, and the estimated duration will be 4 hours.

We will begin by choosing the teams that will go on each boat, and we will continue with a series of instructions about the safety measures and the rules of the tournament. Next, we will go to the regatta area and do a brief training to get down to business. Finally, we will compete in the regatta for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, and then we will arrive at the port to analyze the results obtained from each group.

We will take care of everything, you just enjoy and have fun. You will test your team spirit and communication, and thus you will reinforce yourselves as a united group in which you understand each other.
