We propose a combination of adventures of a Segway route trough Castelldefels with the Bootcamp training.
On one side, we want you to discover the most beautiful places of Castelldefels, where the protagonist is the nature, on the other side, we want you to show your sporty side with a Bootcamp session.
Don´t you know what is Bootcamp? This is a military training, that generally can be done on the beach and always with the help and supervision of an expert monitor. The instructor will give you all the rules and explain the outdoor exercises that will be practised, and of course, we adapt everything to your physical condition.
If the group is very numerous, a part of it will do Segway and the other ride a bicycle.
In total, the activity will have a duration of 2 hours.
