Survival and rescue, winter mountain, Vallter

The body asks you to try new things... put yourself in the shoes of the other side of yourself... perfect! Because we have prepared a day for you where you will have to bring out your spirit of survival and demonstrate it to your work group. All this through about 7 hours full of activities that we will do in the snowy mountains of the Catalan province.

We will have to work as if we were a mountain rescue team. The Mountain Technician who accompanies you will pose different challenges that you will have to overcome through the techniques and maneuvers learned in winter environments.

Divided into groups, depending on the number of participants, you will learn to work with the avalanche victim detection equipment (DVA), the shovel and the probe in the snow. After the explanation, the teams will have to locate the "victim" in the shortest time possible, competing with the opponents and hiding the backpack (fictitious victim) so that they can find it.

Another test will consist of entering a snow cave, simulating being lost in the snow at night. Under the instructions of the technician, you will have to use the shovel to get out of there as soon as possible, assessing which is the best place in case "you have to sleep there".

To move around, we will use snowshoes at all times that will allow us to move through the different spaces where we will carry out our day of survival and rescue.

It's about working as a team, combining knowledge and effort, but above all, having a great day in the snow. Your next work day could be totally different. Ready for the most adventurous team building?

*The minimum number of people to enjoy this adventure is 4, if you do not form a group of 4 we will be in charge of completing the group.
**This snow experience is conditioned by the state of the slopes, and can be done in Porté-Puymorens, Vallter, Port del Comte, etc.
