Hoya de la Mora snowshoe route 2 hours

Sierra Nevada is a space of natural beauty both in summer and winter. It offers us the opportunity to practice all types of sports, such as snowshoe routes. And it is this activity that we offer you in this 2-hour trip from the town of Hoya de la Mora, crossing trails of virgin snow.

Following an expert guide, you will travel along snowy trails that have been forged from ancient glaciers. What we offer you is an exotic and, at the same time, exciting experience. Whichever way you look, the entire landscape will be dyed an immaculate white in which you can lose your gaze on the horizon.

We will walk a route of 7 kilometers in which we will reach points such as the Virgen de las Nieves. At this point is the building of the old Astrophysical Observatory, summiting the Mojón del Trigo. In addition, we will make a stop so you have the opportunity to fall in love with the views of the city of Granada.

The ascent will continue until we reach a ski slope that will allow us to access the Borreguiles area, where we will rest and have our sandwich to begin the return to the same starting point.
