Lack of organization, it took them more than 35 minutes to give us snowshoes while they made us wait almost without information, which was not very well understood that "punctuality" But then the times were not fulfilled.
The tour was 4 hours and we did not even arrive at 2 hours and 30 minutes; Counting the 35 minutes of waiting for the rackets.

We did the racket activity at the Espot station of "4 hours".
The surprise was that they cite us at 9:30 a.m. from the top upstairs at the station and they have us waiting until 10:45 p.m. because they will have to get the racquets down the slopes.
We started the activity around 11am with more than 25 people, we made the route making the relevant stops because there were people who could not and when we arrived at the highest zone and we took 1.15h we would have Return without fulfilling the course marked.
