Adult surf class in Vila Nova de Milfontes 2h

Have you always wanted to learn to surf and never found the time? Do you want to improve your surfing techniques at the hands of true professionals? If you are in the Portuguese district of Beja we have the definitive surf lessons.

We teach group surfing classes in Vila Nova de Milfontes, or at Praia do Malhão or Praia de São Torpes. We offer different types of classes according to the level of each student, initiation, intermediate or advanced. This is how we adapt to each one so that anyone can come surf with us.

Surf lessons can be in the morning or in the afternoon. We will start with a theoretical part on the sand with warm-ups, stretching and some tips or tricks. Then we will go to the water where we will be between 1 hour and a half and 2 hours practicing everything learned. For this we have qualified monitors and a lot of experience in the sector.

We will teach you in a very familiar and personalized environment since the groups are of a maximum of 5 people per instructor. You will enjoy like never before practicing this sport in an easy and safe way in a beautiful Portuguese environment.
