Group surf lessons on the coast of Baiona 2 hours

During 2 hours , you will enjoy a group surf lesson in Baiona for groups of more than 10 people and together you can enter this so exciting water sport in a corner of Pontevedra iconic to catch waves. You can make this plan for yourself or join an already formed group.

You only need to come to Baiona with bathing suits, a towel, sunscreen and a change of clothes. You will not need to make a great display, or bring things, or buy anything, because we will take care of providing you with all the necessary equipment for each day you decide to come, expert trainers in large groups of novices and a theoretical training before starting with each class in the water.

Our surf lesson in Baiona begins earlier with a warm-up on the beach itself. Then in the first lessons we will carry out a brief theoretical training so that, once you are in the water, you can develop with ease. At this moment we will learn the safety rules for catching waves, how to get on the board, how to identify its parts, how to paddle correctly, how to take off and ride a wave.

When we finish this part we will put on the leash , we will take the boards and running we will dive into the water to start the surf lesson as such. Your first steps will be catching foam, but with our coaches and with 2 hours at our disposal at the end of the day, surely you will all be catching your first (and small) wave.
