Children's workshop of the painter Matisse in Madrid

If you don't know what to do with your kids this holidays, don't worry, in Madrid, there are plenty of things to do. We have a painting workshop for kids. It's very cheap and they'll have a great time drawing.

Painting is an ideal way of expression; with this workshop, they will learn about History of art and about the Fauvist painter Henri Matisse. In the 20th century, Matisse painted very colorful and full of brightness works.

In this workshop, kids will learn "decoupage" technique which is used to create collages with fabric, paper, wood... Cut out, paint and stick are some of those things kids love doing. With our teachers, they have a great time.

Our teachers will show them different artistic movements such as fauvism and modernism. They will learn about the work of Matisse and some things about his life.

Kids will have all the materials needed for the handicrafts. This workshops will last approximately 2 hours and the group is restricted to 15 people.
