Children's workshop of the painter Matisse in Madrid

If you don't know what to do with your children on vacation, don't worry, because in Madrid there are endless things for the little ones in the house. One of them can bea very affordable children's painting workshop with which children will have a great time doing what they like most: painting.

Painting is an ideal means of expression for the little ones and with this workshop they will also be able to learn art history meeting the Fauvist painter Henri Matisse. The colorful explosion of this 20th century painter will make the little ones immerse themselves in a world of color and luminosity.

This workshop aims to teach the “découpage” technique, with which you can make collages with various surfaces: pieces of fabric, paper, wood... Cutting, painting and gluing is something that The children love it and they will have a great time with our teachers.

Students will be taught different knowledge about art and the fauvism and modernism movements in which Matisse is classified and will acquire greater knowledge about the author and the work he created.

The children will also have all the necessary materials to carry out the various crafts. The duration of the workshop is approximately two hours and the group is limited to 15 people.
