Effective Summer Study and Learning Techniques

We all like learning new things but studying is not always that easy. But stop worrying because, in our centre, we've been working a decade with students enhancing their school performance by focusing on academic as well as personal aspects.

We're going to teach you how to study, organise your time and learn. You'll also learn the techniques that will help you study more easily, manage the anxiety caused by exams and get better at comprehension, concentration and memory.

Our method makes it easier to create the habit of studying and therefore improve school performance!

The participants will be sorted into reduced groups by age range.

There are specialised courses for the youngest ones, from 4 to 7 years of age, which goals are:

• Establishing a study habit
• Improving attention and comprehension
• Working on abstract and logical thinking
• Achieving good oral and writing expression

As for the courses for the older children, from 8 to 21 years of age, their goals are the following:

• Achieving a study method for each of their school subjects
• Learning how to organise their time efficiently
• Improving their reading comprehension, concentration, attention and memory
• Managing the emotions that can affect exam results such as anxiety, frustration, etc.
• Increasing self-esteem and effectiveness while studying

In addition, the families will have a personal orientation session to teach them how to continue helping their children.

**We offer 3 different programmes to choose the one that best fits the needs of the participant:

• Advance: This programme will allow you to be aware of your abilities and skills and to discover how to develop them to become more efficient.
• Overcome: This programme is focused on identifying difficulties in order to develop strategies to overcome them. Psychopedagogical assessment.
• Pass: This programme helps you to organise your study time and to acquire a suitable study method to succeed in your exams.
