Emotional Intelligence Workshop in Madrid Adults

We have a workshop led by psychologists specialized in emotional intelligence and education. Here we'll work the emotional and social skills we all need in our day to day, to which sometimes we don't place too much value.

In the session, we'll do exercises on self-knowledge and self-esteem, we'll work on interpersonal communication, assertiveness, and empathy. In addition, we'll teach you how to solve conflicts.

The workshop has a practical approach, working through different exercises about fundamental concepts of emotional intelligence.
