German-English camp in Madrid for one week

This summer your children will be able to enjoy an authentic German camp in the heart of Madrid. We open the door of our center to you!

We will carry out different shifts of this urban camp, the last week of June and the entire month of July, always Monday to Friday. You can choose the shift you prefer by selecting it on the calendar.

It is an ideal camp for children from 7 to 13 years old. We have a plan of more than 125 activities to have non-stop fun during these days! We divided the participants into two groups: from 7 to 10 and from 11 to 13 years old.

Of course, the language we will use will be German. However, it is not necessary to come with notions of this language, since thanks to our method the little ones will be able to learn as they go, while we do various activities. Furthermore, it is a methodology especially adapted to Spanish speakers.

Likewise, we will delve deeper into German culture and customs, so the immersion will not be limited only to the language.

Our team is made up of 5 native and bilingual teachers, with qualifications, and 5 certified native and bilingual instructors as well.

You will already be realizing that we are not the typical camp where they sit the children in front of a blackboard. We like dynamism and fun as a vehicle for learning!

We will have 2 monitors for every 15 children, a much higher proportion than usual, since personalized attention seems essential to us.

Lunch and dinner each day is also included in the package. We will make very nutritious meals, no fried foods!

We will distribute the five days of the camp in this way:

• We will dedicate two days to doing activities in Madrid (visiting museums, the zoo, the cable car, doing different activities, etc.).
• We will dedicate two others to visiting environmental education centers in the middle of nature, where we can also play and practice sports.
• For the remaining day, we will schedule an excursion to some point in the Community of Madrid, such as El Escorial, Alcalá de Henares or even the Valmayor reservoir.

Entrance fees to the different places we visit are included in the camp price. There is also internal transportation, which will be done in a private bus for the children.

Some of the activities that we can do during these days are:

• Creation workshopperfumes.
• Creation of an urban garden.
• Orientation games with map.
• Discovery of Morse code.
• Survival and first aid.
• Classic sports and other more unknown ones.
• Theater and music workshop.
• Craft workshops (clay, toy making, paper recycling).
• Introduction to German cuisine.

For indoor activities we have a spectacular venue of more than 1000m2 in the heart of the Chamberí neighborhood, next to Moncloa and Argüelles. We even have a TV set and a radio studio!
