Austrian Kings puppet workshop in Madrid

Share with us a very special children's workshop.

We will teach the little ones to create their own puppets, based on the characters of Madrid from the time of the Austrians.

It is a fun activity that we will take advantage of to teach the children what the city was like in one of its stages of most splendor.

This is a time when Madrid was full of artists, whose patrons were the kings themselves.

We will talk about Philip II, Philip IV, the princess of Éboli, Isabel de Vaois, the Infanta Margarita, Velázquez, etc.

Each child will choose the character they like the most and, with different materials, will make a puppet based on said character.

The most fun way to learn about a very important time in Madrid.
