Minecraft Tech Campus in Bilbao 3 Days 7-9 Years

Taking the Minecraft universe as a base, working around its mechanism, we must warn you that what we are going to propose to you is not going to spend hours playing this video game. It wouldn't be bad, of course, but that's not our goal. In any case, what we suggest below is equally stimulating and fun.

For 3 days in a row, , from July 26 to 28, one of our teachers specialized in programming is going to teach a Mario campus Educational kart made up of lessons of five hours a day, from 09:00 to 14:00, for children between 7 and 9 years old at the Jesuits College of Bilbao, located in the Indautxu neighbourhood.

As we explained at the beginning, it is not about picking up a controller or hitting the computer keys while we spend time completing phases or challenges of the game. We are going to go much further by immersing ourselves in the works of Minecraft, our students will learn to program tasks in Scratch within Minecraft.

This helps them to encourage the creative part thanks to the ecosystem of the game in its Java version, with the MODs they will have the possibility to create textures of various materials, highly realistic constructions, inserting photos or setting up your own Minecraft server > to share it with your group of friends. But they are not the only things we will do.

Remember that the procedure used by Minecraft is enormously similar to that followed by LEGO, that is, the construction of worlds with 3-dimensional blocks, which leads them to implement aspects related to mathematics , physics, marketing or logic. This will be the seed that develops their spatial skills, design and programming.

And this is just an appetizer when they discover that they will be able to design redstone circuits, transform their skins or appearance of the game with the inclusion of fantastic characters or create their own house with everything learned in KampLand.

They will leave campus with an exquisite training, which only we offer them with our Minecraft workshop.
