Multirobot Creation Campus Bilbao 3 Days 7-9 Years

Many times the creation of a machine can be conceived for a specific purpose. But what if it served not just one specific purpose but several? Surely the image of a Transformer comes to mind, one of many in which we can see it in action in the famous film saga, or of Inspector Gadget when the commissioner took out countless gadgets from his jacket.

Well, in reality, you are not so misguided with the images that are accumulating in your head, when we tell you what we have prepared for the delight of the smallest of the house. There goes the ticking time bomb: a 3-day tech boot camp lasting they, with a fixed date of 26th-28th of July, with classes from 09:00 to 14:00.

And the place chosen for the celebration of this workshop in which we will learn to build a multifunction robot could not be more ideal: we will go to the AS Fabrik Urban Laboratories in the Bilbao capital so that children from 7 to 9 years old live one of the greatest possible experiences, a unique campus that has no comparison.
Apart from the theme, which is indisputably attractive and original, we have an enviable team of teachers on our payroll, with extensive experience in the world of robotics >, informatics and programming, willing to welcome children even 5 or 6 years old as long as know how to read. Our objective at the end of the course is to present to society a robot made up of 173 pieces that can reveal up to 5 different assemblies with similar utilities but, at at the same time, disparate: from the robot that works like a pincer to the one that has a role of catapult to the one that fulfills like a forklift. But to get here, you will first have had to go through other stages.

The multirobot , which you can name however you like, can be controlled by a Micro:bit board that has been previously programmed using MakeCode, a piece of software that is very similar to the block language of Scratch. With the help of the indications of one of our monitors, together with a computer, you will be able to assemble the machine for thefunctionality that you have chosen.

What do you prefer? With a great catapult that shoots balls to infinity and beyond or with a clamp similar to the one we can find at fairs to grab stuffed animals or other souvenirs? And why not both?
