For 1 hour and a half you will be alone focused on our fantastic wing foil class. We will start with a theoretical part so that you know what are the best wind conditions to practice wing foil, this is essential! Next you will need to know how to place the wing on the board and how to maintain balance in the sea.

When you have the positions and movements well controlled, it will be time to go to the water. All the time you will be accompanied by our qualified instructors who will teach you everything you need. It doesn't matter how much experience you have because if you are over 15 years old, everyone can come and practice.

We will assemble the hydrofoil so that you can hold on to the board putting into practice all the theory acquired. Do you already have experience practicing wing foil?
