For this we are going to propose an activity that combines both, the tasting and the guided tours, so that, consequently, once the plan is finished, you have gotten a pretty good idea of what it means to immerse yourself in the roots of the earth. First we will leave from our new winery, in Sant Sadurní D'anoia, to go to the vineyard area.

Here, an expert guide will accompany you throughout the tour, which lasts half an hour, and will tell you everything you need to understand how to Cava is obtained from the harvesting and pressing of the grapes. After this, the most awaited moment arrived, as a typical breakfast of the region awaits you, consisting of butifarra sausage, toasted bread, tomato and beans.
