If you want to know the world of wine in depth, now you can do so with a guided tour of our winery in Jerez, where we will discover how this elixir is produced and we will taste some in a unique wine tasting.

In this one-hour visit we will see the process of making wines and other products, such as brandies or vinegars. We will tour our facilities and finish the route in the Torrestrella room, where the tasting of three of our best wines will take place: the Fino, the Oloroso and the Cream.

Visits take place from Monday to Friday at 12:00 p.m., unless we have to modify the schedule for some reason.

It is essential that you check availability before making the reservation.

Tour the most complete Cádiz wineries, visiting the brandy, Oloroso, Fino and vinegar rooms. Thanks to our space located in Jerez de la Frontera, a mix of tradition and the latest generation for the aging of our wines, you will discover the process of making what is undoubtedly one of the most characteristic drinks of our land, from the collection of the grapes to the fermentation process.

Upon your arrival, we will explain the different wine production processes that we make in our wineries and you will be able to taste our best wines.

Along the route you will find a museum in which there are old utensils that were used in the winery, discover cooperage and learn everything about this profession from the hand of a wine expert strong>.

Our wine is aged in casks made of American oak, made in an artisanal way, which gives the wine that special flavor that you will find in few places.

You will learn the different phases of wine making:

Parenting. We line up the butts in different rows in which we place the wine from oldest to youngest, depending on the date of its harvest.

Obtaining the must. When the grapes have been collected, they are taken to the winepresses, where they will go through a process of separation, crushing and pressing. It will give rise to the must, which will lead to the production of sherry or manzanilla. With a second pressing we would obtain the vinegar and with a third the brandy.

After finishing the tour, we will go to the Torrestrella room, where we can try some of the wines, and also an assortment of Iberian products such as the best cheese and ham.
