Description of Wine route and pruning the vine in Haro for children
Do you want your child to be an authentic expert in the wine art since childhood? In our Torremontalbo vineyards, we have a new tour for children: the pruning art tour.
For more than 2 hours and a half, we will perform a tour which will start selecting some vines which are going to be pruned to collect the grapes. Children between 6 and 16 years old will be able to feel like wine producers pruning the vines that will later produce a Rioja quality wine.
But there is more, because we will cook roast chorizo with the buds we have previously collected together with more typical meals. When we feel full, we will finish the tour with a private visit to the caves and the wine cellar. There, we have barrels stored where the wine is maturing.
*Children under 6 years old have free access.
