Join us on a walk through centuries-old olive groves in the province of Toledo.
We are Los Aires Project , a small family business that has specialized in the production of ecological oil and oleotourism.
With routes of between an hour and a half to two and a half, including a walk, tasting or tasting, you can take a route to your liking in which you will discover how the olive tree came to the Iberian Peninsula, why its production is so important and you will even learn how differentiate the different flavor nuances of quality oil. Finally, you can choose between tasting a complete 6-course menu or enjoying a glass of wine and a tapa under one of the centuries-old olive trees that will accompany you throughout your visit.
You can find us at Arcicóllar (Toledo) , just 50 minutes from Madrid and 20 from the imperial city, Toledo.
We have no problem personalizing your visit as you need it, we are prepared to work with schools, groups, families and of course, your pet is welcome!
