Dare to make an incredible excursion following the Los Gaitanes Gorge with your entrance to the Caminito del Rey. It is a linear itinerary through the mountain of Malaga in which you will make a journey of about 8 kilometers. At an average pace, about 2 hours 30 minutes are used to reach the area of El Chorro where it ends.
You will find it in the interior of Malaga between the beautiful Antequera and Ronda mountain ranges and, through it, you will be able to know the route that was built to assist the hydraulic infrastructure infrastructures that were created last century . Today it is a spectacular route in height, following the rock, from which to observe the whole environment through walkways protected by railings.
They can access both adults and children from 8 years old . If you go with minors remember to bring your identity document or, if they do not have a family book, so they can prove that they are the minimum age at the time of entering. With this single clear requirement you can choose between:
- Entrance on your own : to make the visit at your own pace independently for what security material will be provided and you will be under a civil liability insurance.
- Guided tour : you will walk through Caminito de Rey with a tourist professional who will tell you his keys and historical steps in groups that do not exceed 25 visitors.
You will find it open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9.30 a.m. Between October and March it closes at 3pm and for the rest of the months at 5pm.
