Casa Jesusa is a complex dedicated to rural tourism, which offers you the most fun
adventure activities in
Candás and surrounding areas, as well as some
strong>accommodations in a rural house, where you will feel at home.
Our most important activities are the following:
-
Livestock experience for a day: How about coming to discover in depth what life on the farm is like? You will participate in the care of the animals, you will collaborate in the task of milking the cows, helping the mother cows nurse their calves, feeding the chickens, etc.
You already know that we put our
rural house at your disposal, so that you can live a
great getaway through our community.
Another option that we propose to you at
Casa Jesusa is to take
hiking excursions, so that you can discover the most impressive landscapes of the Asturian geography.
We can do routes of all types, for beginners, and for experienced hikers, accustomed to long walks, with many changes in slope.
Our most common routes are:
-
Path of the women of the paxa: we will travel the same path that the women of the Carreño council have done, the "sardineres candasines", who carried their heads the paxas, baskets full of fish to sell in the square. A historic route!
-
North path, Xivares: we leave from Xivares. We observe the coastal platform, between Candás and Campa Torres. It is a very important fishing area in the region. In addition, we will have a beautiful panoramic view of the area.
-
North path, from Piñeres to San Antonio: We go from the San Antonio lighthouse to Punta del Caballo. It is a route of great geological interest.
-
Clarinian routes: they are very "literary" paths, since Clarín set different works here.
-
Monte Areo archaeological route: we will see two fields of burial mounds, Huelgües de San Pablo and Cierru Los Llanos. We will also pass by two viewpoints, Peña Tocente and Peña´l Carru.
-
Route through Candás: if you want to know the interior of the town of Candás, we have 3 routes designed for you.
-
Part of the Camino de Santiago: there is a section of the mythical Camino de Santiago that passes through Candás. We invite you to explore it!
Do you already know what your perfect route is? Come and discover it at
