Sorbus is a group of professionals in agroforestry sciences who deeply know their area of origin, in the provinces of Soria and Burgos.
We organize educational guided tours in nature: local ethnobotany, abandoned villages, learning to recognize and interpret signs of wild animals and spot them in freedom, mycological trails ...
We also organize and teach courses and workshops on various technical topics in natural sciences, agroforestry, as well as environmental education and free time activities. Within all this, we include the experimentation of local gastronomy or indigenous traditions.
