The horses are very good and the staff is super friendly and speaks many languages (I have heard them speak in addition to Spanish in English and German for sure, I don't know if there is any more).
The guide we had (Carolina) has been super nice, we are super sociable and she, apparently, is also, we have been talking the entire journey. There were only two of us and we could make the most of the jogging areas. In the end we did a lot, especially on the way back and every time we jogged the smile wouldn't go away from my face.
The horses are fantastic. My mare was a bit of a eater, but it wasn't too difficult to find the trick so that she wouldn't go to the grass to eat it. Carolina explained everything very well. The route itself is also incredible, the views are super beautiful and the coves they take you to are beautiful.
In conclusion, I recommend it 100%, the only negative is that, since we don't have a car, it took us 2 and a half hours to come by TIB from Palma, but it was completely worth it.

The tour itself is nice even if they should specify that until late winter you cannot send us to the beach (unlike what is indicated at the time of purchase on the internet).
Having said that, the owner is really unfriendly at times even rude already only in the telephone contact to establish the time and day.
Not to mention the "welcome": it was me and my partner plus two other girls in Ver who booked the tour that day. We arrived, they didn't even greet us, they asked us for our name and surname, they "gave us" a horse, made a boy get on and leave behind with his horse without saying a word. If you want to ride on a beach, don't buy this offer during season.
Since May to November it's prohibited to ride there. But workers of Ranch told us just on the place, we didn't know earlier and this website doesn't say it.
Also don't expect English, workers of Ranch speak just German or Spanish.
But ride on it's own was great, beautiful nature of Mallorca's mountain, horses were in perfect shape, definitely not lazy, don't worry. We were experienced riders so we could also trout a lot.
I recommend to call to the Ranch after you buy this offer, to set the date and time, because I'm not sure if they get informed correctly.
