Surely you know the road is not a circuit, but there are many lovers of speed and motors. You probably already were as a child. Well, less than an hour from Lisbon one of the best karting experiences in all of Portugal is waiting for you.

Our circuit is located in Bombarral, it is known as the Kartódromo do Oeste. There we have a wide range of vehicles so you can enjoy a completely personalized experience tailored to your needs. For the little ones we have starter karts, recommended for children between 5 and 7 years old.

KIRO also has a karting school that ended up giving life to the EKO competition team, associated with Birel ART. the oldest kart brand in the world. Currently this school has pilots competing in the national championships of both Spain and Portugal and even in the IAME Euro Series strong>.

For children between 8 and 11 years old, other 120 and 160 cc models, although younger drivers may use them due to experience in karts or because they adapt better to their height. Finally, we have two-seater karts, others adapted for people with reduced mobility, and powerful karts with a 390cc Honda engine.

Near Bombarral don't forget to stop by the Leiria Castle. A true historical gem, representative of 12th century architecture and that you can visit both inside and out, as guided tours are organized to discover its interior.
