If you have never kayaked or done any rowing sport, don't worry because it is one of the simplest activities out there. A monitor, at the beginning of everything, will explain everything necessary for all participants to go out on the water knowing how these boats work. In a little while you will be floating in the water and rowing at your own pace.
You can stop as long as you want to contemplate places, to rest, to chat. The good thing about these boats is that you are in charge and nobody tells you what pace you have to take. The duration of this activity is half a day, more than enough time to have fun with a little exercise and the water around you.
