At least once in your life make your dream come true. Here is your challenge to discover all the magic of the Pyrenean ports. At Le Defi Occitan we offer you the possibility of taking a road bike tour through Occitania, ascending some of the most important ports of this ancient territory.

You can tailor the itinerary, adapting it to your level, we offer you two options:

• The most demanding version, doing the itinerary in a single day, where we put at your disposal what could be the queen stage of the Tour de France.
• The two-stage version.

All this along 197 kilometers of high mountains that will allow you to get to know this part of the Pyrenees. You can do this tour in the direction you prefer.

An activity to discover a new dimension of the Pyrenees. We offer you the possibility of taking a mountain bike tour through Occitània, a tour that you can do to suit you, adapting it to your level.

From the gentlest version in six stages and in the company of a guide to the challenge of doing it in three days (experts only) and without the assistance of a guide. We tour Aran and Comminges, taking advantage of the rural tourism infrastructure in the area and the tracks and roads that connect them. All this over 227 km in which everyone will find the right measure of their desire to pedal and get to know this part of the Pyrenees.
