SITUATION El Hornico is located in the south of the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas Natural Park, a protected area of great natural value and unquestionable beauty. Set of Sierras located to the southeast of the province of Jaén that constitutes the largest Natural Park in Spain (214,300 Has.). El Hornico is located in the Sierra del Pozo, the southernmost of the orographic units that make up the Park, 2 km. from the Poblado de la Bolera and 10 km. of Pozo-Alcón (Jaén).
