Our instructor David Hernández is a technician specialized in mid-mountain sports and a sports technician in canyons. He has official titles from the Ministry of Education and Science. He also has more than ten years of experience in mountain sports . Passionate about designing these types of activities and adapting them to different levels, giving a personalized treatment to clients so that anyone can participate and enjoy trekking or canyoning as we do U.S.

As a general rule, we prefer to work with small groups, since we want to provide personalized attention to each participant and guarantee the safety of all of them at all times.

Immerse yourself in nature doing canyoning through the spectacular rock formations of the island or walking along one of the trails that hide in the depths of the most beautiful forests of Tenerife .

Canyoning is an exciting adventure sport that consists of descending on foot, swimming, rappelling... through canyons and ravines, putting into practice the different techniques in each case. Jumps into the water from cliffs and ledges are also made. Now imagine doing canyoning through the cliffs and canyons of Tenerife. Practicing this sport you will not stop releasing adrenaline for a single second.

You can find us in San Cristóbal de la Laguna, in the north of the island. David Hernández is our technical expert in ravines. He will advise you and accompany you throughout the experience. We design personalized plans for groups, in addition to having circuits of different levels to adapt to your needs and experience.

In addition to dry canyons, we offer special activities such as night canyons, water canyons or the possibility of combining different activities. We make descents through different areas, such as the Barranco Los Arcos de Chimoche, the Barranco del Volcán, in the municipality of Fasnia or the route of the Barranco de Polegre among others...

At David Hernández we fully adapt to your needs and circumstances, offering you not only approved trails, but also many other alternative routes that will undoubtedly captivate you. We organize hiking activities for the whole family and different levels (beginners, intermediate and others more advanced) .

The hiking family and initiation activities last 2 to 4 hours with light load, while the intermediate activities last up to 6 hours. The advanced ones range from 6 to more than 8 and will be carried out with low, medium or high loads depending on what the client is looking for. Finally, we offer you the possibility of doing special hiking experiences in Tenerife at an altitude of more than 3000 meters and that can go up to twelve hours.
